I have been receiving 7-day home delivery of the Star for the past 20 years and the timeliness of the delivery is excellent. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the quality and volume of reporting as it pertains to Canada's Advanced Wireless Spectrum Auction.
This is the single biggest event in the Canadian telecommunications space in 2008 (yes, larger than the leveraged buyout of BCE) as it will have a lasting and direct affect on both the Canadian consumer as well as the telecom landscape.
The Star has been delinquent in its coverage and accurately assessing its importance and relevance.
