Every time we have a crisis anywhere in the world, like the current one between Russia and Georgia, the United States sends Condoleezza Rice to try to bring peace and solve the problem. That is okay, but what do we have the United Nations for? Why isn't it responsible, representing the world nations? Why does the United States feel it is in charge of solving everyone's problems?
