Yesterday I heard that the Conservatives are asking members to send in donations of up to $200. I am a senior and I want to help, even though my income is below the poverty line. So I reviewed my huge portfolio and decided that I do not need last year's tax refund so I am returning it to Jim Flaherty. I hate sending money through the mail so I hope my penny gets through.
